Academically and Culturally Diverse
A culturally diverse campus is what makes USC exciting. Almost half of my friends are international students, and I learn about their culture through my interactions with them. It has given me different perspectives and made me realize how fortunate I am. In my CAP group, I have members that are both academically and culturally diverse. In my group, one of my group members is from Hawaii and I learned how houses are much smaller there. Also, another group member of mine is interested in banking and consulting, and I learn a lot from her case competition experiences. Another group member of mine is in a fraternity, and his experiences have given me different perspectives on my stereotypes. It’s great that USC has many opportunities to meet students of different backgrounds and interests. It has broadened my thinking and made me consider other options to my career. Here is a picture of my CAP group.
