Challenging Project

Last semester I was in BUAD 304, Leading Organizations. It is a class about internal business structure and business psychology. Toward the end of the semester we had a group project over a case study.

From what I remember I spent several nights with my team deciding how to fix a problem concerning conformity and groupthink the business was battling with. Together we pinpointed the problem and wrote a ten page paper on how we would improve the situation.

This project required an ample amount of time and creativity but my group members made working enjoyable!
