Do I need a car? Do I even need a bike?
Do I need a car?
No. USC provides transportation services that allow students to go to exciting places around L.A. We have buses that can take you to L.A. Live or Union Station.
If you want to go to places closer to campus, you can take Campus Cruiser. This organization allows students to go to places around campus or close to campus. It’s especially convenient if you’re out late at night and would rather be picked up than walk.
What about a bike?
The USC campus is just the right size: it’s not too small, but its not so large where you have to have a bike to get around. It takes me about ten minutes to get to my Marshall classes. In my opinion, you don’t need a bike, but it makes your life a lot easier when you’re rushing to your 8 AM class. I get around just fine without one, so I don’t think you really need a bike.
